Requirements
- Degree from a business school or university (Bachelor's + 5)
- Confirmed experience in marketing
- Good understanding of retail cosmetics business challenges
- Commercial sense and understanding of customer journey and profitability of operations
- Result-oriented and financial analysis skills
- Sensitivity for cosmetics and curiosity about beauty/mode trends
- Ability to adapt to operational setbacks and market changes in cosmetics
