Join our Laval team as an assistant controller for a temporary 20-month assignment. Reporting to the corporate controller, you will actively participate in the preparation of financial information, compliance with accounting standards, and analyses for management, working closely with the various financial teams.
Requirements
- Professional accounting designation, CPA
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a similar role
- Extensive experience in consolidation according to NCECF standards
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Rigorous, proactive, with good judgment and strong analytical skills
- Leadership and communication skills
- Experience in ERP implementation, knowledge of SAGE 300 / INTACCT an asset
- Experience in international multi-site manufacturing companies is an asset
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing with people in the United States, Dubai, and Belgium
