1099 Provider (APRN/PA)

Groups is a leading outpatient provider specializing in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, committed to supporting underserved communities. We are raising the bar in addiction health care and need a Nurse Practitioner/ Advance Practice Nurse to join our team.

Requirements

• Active, Unencumbered State License (NP/APRN) in the State in which you are applying
• Active, Individual DEA with address listed in the State in which you are applying
• DEAX designation as formerly required to prescribe Buprenorphine *or* proof of 8hrs of qualified training as assigned by SAMHSA
• 1 yr. Minimum Actively Prescribing Buprenorphine
• Proof of Active Board Certification
• Ability to work in-office at least 5hrs per week
