Job Description
Groups is seeking a Full-Time Staff Provider (APRN/PA) to support individuals recovering from various medical conditions in a high-impact environment. This role involves direct patient care, managing complex medical needs, coordinating care with community providers, and ensuring patient and staff safety. It's a mission-driven position focused on achieving high-quality recovery outcomes.
Requirements
- APRN with active, unencumbered medical license (APRN/PA) in Tennessee
- Active DEA with practice address in Tennessee
- Proof of active Board Certification (PMHNP Preferred)
- Willingness to become credentialed with all government and private health plans
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services
- 1+ year of experience working in a team-based-care setting
- 1+ year experience working with a similar member population
- Must meet pre-employment requirements and maintain applicable state and job-related guidelines.
