Job Description
Groups is seeking a Substance Use Counselor to lead dynamic group therapy sessions within a mission-driven environment. This role involves providing compassionate, evidence-based care, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a member-centered recovery community. You'll lead therapeutic groups using a structured curriculum, monitor progress, and engage in community outreach.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline
- Experience leading Group Therapy
- Comfort with Technology (EMR, telehealth software, etc.)
- Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care
