Job Description
Join Groups as a Counselor and lead dynamic group therapy sessions, collaborate with care teams, and promote a recovery-oriented environment for members. We offer a sign-on bonus and a competitive salary range of $50,000-$70,000/year.
Requirements
- Lead 2–3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day
- Facilitate group discussions using a 'plug and play' approach
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission
