Job Description
Grow Sciences is seeking a Harvest Technician to prepare cultivation spaces, harvest cannabis, perform quality control inspections, and ensure compliance. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment, lifting up to 50lbs, and assisting with harvesting and processing.
Requirements
- Prepare cultivation space and hallway.
- Carry out whole plant harvest.
- Assist with final defoliations.
- Perform product inspection.
- Verify raw material specifications.
- Post-harvest cleanup and room turnover.
- Proper logging of waste.
- Ensure plants are properly labeled.
- Assist with compliance procedures.
- Record and report harvest weights.
