Brand Manager for Growe Talents

Growe is seeking a Brand Manager to develop and execute a consistent brand strategy, voice, and visual identity across all channels, and manage social media presence and digital content.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts for a company or personal brand
• Strong written communication skills in English (fluent/business level)
• Solid understanding of digital content formats and content-creation workflows
• Basic proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar tools (or ability to manage creative freelancers)
• Project-ownership mindset — ability to take ideas from concept to execution
