Job Description
GROWMARK is seeking an Associate Enterprise Applications Analyst to maintain, analyze, and correct accounting files for Member & Retail companies. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in business, information technology, accounting, or the equivalent, and experience in IT or Accounting related work experience.
Requirements
- Maintaining, analyzing, and correcting accounting files for Member & Retail companies
- Resolving technical queries and communicating solutions directly to customers
- Learning, understanding, and analyzing supported applications to provide knowledge and support to customers
- Troubleshooting accounting functions and issues providing consulting and technical solutions to customers
- Compiling and analyzing financial information as requested by customers
- Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of GROWMARK standard software, and related systems
- Running basic database queries to identify problems
- Recording and documenting all support activities and processes through a ticketing system
- Preparing monthly status reports, project summaries, and technical recommendations
