The HR & Admin Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting Groworx Philippines' workforce and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees in accordance with Philippine labor laws.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, provide counseling, and ensure a positive work environment while adhering to local labor practices.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and leave in compliance with Philippine regulations (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge while considering the local learning culture.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process and provide feedback on performance-related matters.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with Philippine labor code and best practices.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management to ensure a functional workspace.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and administrative files, ensuring confidentiality.
- Travel and Logistics: Arrange travel accommodations and logistics for employees as needed.
- Facilities Management: Coordinate with building management for any facility-related issues and repairs.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and process various administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Philippines Compliance and Localized Requirements: Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations including but not limited to DOLE standards, minimum wage laws, and mandatory benefits contributions.
