Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube Ads
- Strong expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, bid management, and audience segmentation
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking setup
- Advanced proficiency in A/B testing, performance analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Deep understanding of retargeting strategies, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences
- Proficiency in ad copywriting and creative asset development
- Ability to manage and optimize ad budgets for maximum impact
