The Growth Marketing Associate will plan and execute marketing automation and content strategies across multiple channels. They will build a content calendar, design graphics, and track results using data analysis tools. The role focuses on driving revenue and user growth through engaging campaigns and streamlined workflows.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Proven track record sending multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social).
- Comfortable building Zapier (or Make) workflows.
- Basic design/video skills.
- Solid Excel/Sheets skills.
- Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Ability to deliver a simple live dashboard.
