Requirements

• 3+ years as a Creative Director, Creative Lead, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, visual communication, design, or a related field
• Proven experience crafting high-converting ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Sharp aesthetic sense and strong attention to detail
