Requirements

• 3+ years in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM
• End-to-end email marketing experience: build → QA → launch
• Proficient with marketing automation/ESP platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, SFMC, HubSpot)
• Strong knowledge of customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization
• 1+ year managing cross-functional marketing campaigns
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills
