Job Description
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll help build and launch marketing campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, or similar email platforms.
- Experience in HTML/CSS and Liquid (nice to have) for building and editing emails.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
- Basic knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting.
- Strong attention to detail — you spot mistakes others might miss.
- Able to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
