Job Description
We are looking for an Influencer Sourcing Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This role will focus on identifying, vetting, and sourcing high-quality influencers, managing gifting and product seeding logistics, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for creator collaborations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working on influencer or affiliate marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Aspire or similar influencer marketing platforms
- A people-first mindset with proven experience in building rapport and handling influencer communications with empathy and clarity
