Job Description
We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist (Meta & Google Ads) who is skilled in Meta Ads and Google Ads and eager to work with a fast-growing portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience executing Meta Ads campaigns
- 1+ year experience managing Google Ads
- Strong grasp of performance marketing KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CAC
- Experience managing multiple DTC brands simultaneously
- Comfortable using Shopify, Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets for reporting and collaboration
- Familiarity with BI dashboards for monitoring paid media performance
- Strong written and verbal English; proactive communicator
- Proven track record supporting U.S.-based marketing teams remotely
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
