Requirements
- 3+ years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end
- Strong grasp of performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC, and how to optimize based on data trends
- Proven experience building campaign reports and visualizations in Google Sheets or Excel
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager data and the ability to identify what’s working (and what’s not)
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken
- Reliable and proactive communicator via Slack, email, and video calls
- Previous experience collaborating with U.S.-based clients
- Ability to work EST or PST hours
- Experience analyzing creative performance and providing data-backed feedback
