GrowthAssistant is hiring a Search Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based clients. This is a full-time, remote role designed for experienced Filipino digital marketers with deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, and performance-driven SEM strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (paid search required)
• Proficiency using SEMRush for keyword research and competitor insights
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred; training provided if needed)
• Strong familiarity with O365, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Experience managing multiple campaigns or clients (agency background preferred)
• Strong English communication skills and comfort working with U.S.-based teams
