Team Leader (m/f/d) Service Desk

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage our Service Desk team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for technical and disciplinary management, service planning, and quality assurance. You will also participate in international IT projects and develop IT service processes.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in IT services
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems and IT applications
• Experience in IT project management
• Strong communication skills and organisational talent
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
