Job Description
Grubb Properties is seeking a Finance Intern to gain hands-on experience in real estate finance. The intern will work within a Finance Team, sourcing and closing loans, managing financial assets, and contributing to growth. This is a full-time summer internship (8 weeks) with a focus on loan origination, financial analysis, and asset valuation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, real estate, accounting, or a related field.
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for numbers.
