Corporate Counsel, Contracts

Mission Foods is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Contracts to support the company in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. This role involves contract negotiations with customers and suppliers, internal legal support, risk management, compliance reviews, regulatory advising, and internal investigations. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across various departments and possess strong legal expertise.

Requirements

• Negotiate and draft contractual documents.
• Coordinate contractual review with cross-functional leadership.
• Identify and mitigate business and legal risks in contracts.
• Study statutes and advise the company accordingly.
• Manage outside counsel (where appropriate).
• Perform internal investigations and provide support to departments.
