The Global NBI Manager will lead key market-related activities within New Business introductions (NBI) projects for the Solution team. The role will require collaboration across functions to secure traction and quality in commercial deliveries, and to define impactful launch scenarios in alignment with marketing.
Requirements
- Project Management: Plan, drive, and execute NBI projects to deliver defined business results and ensure compliance with governance and processes.
- Drive and manage commercial deliverables across functions to meet project objectives.
- Align go-to-market activities with key stakeholders and communicate product and portfolio roadmaps.
- Ensure critical factors for projects (time, speed, quality) are met and escalate missing needs.
- Develop and coordinate launch materials with regional market and divisional marketing, ensuring strong portfolio integration.
- Drive and follow up on launch KPI’s and provide product support to key stakeholders.
- Train internal teams, co-develop training materials (including e-learning), and ensure robust customer support setup.
- Deliver market insights and expectations into NBI projects and provide input on pricing, positioning, and launch readiness.
- Analyze benefits and key selling points, linking them to financial impact, and deliver voice of customer for new product development.
