As a Sales Engineer for Industry End User/MFG, you will report directly to the Korean Manager and take responsibility for delivering technical support to customers within the Industrial Solutions sales channel, primarily end users. The role involves ensuring accurate product specifications, proper application of Grundfos solutions, and managing the complete sales life cycle through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Requirements
- Achieving sales targets within the assigned market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential to utilize Grundfos products and services.
- Provide essential technical support to dealers and end users, ensuring accurate specifications and correct application of Grundfos solutions.
- Meet facetime objectives to deliver strong and measurable results.
- Adhere to established sales processes, including effective management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Ensure all reporting, including expenses, is accurate and submitted within required timeframes.
- Maintain and promote Sales Excellence across all activities.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested, commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.
