Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in controlling, financial analysis, or business partnering
• Hands-on expertise with forecasting, performance tracking, and building reliable views quickly
• Comfortable with data tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
• Strong governance mindset, able to define standards, anticipate risks, and maintain compliance without creating friction
• Excellent communicator who partners confidently across functions and with senior stakeholders
