Requirements
- Excellent degree (or soon-to-be) in Engineering disciplines (i.e. Mechanical, Automation and Electronics, Electrical, Chemical or related fields)
- Fluency both in English and Italian
- First professional experience or hands-on university projects in operations (e.g. through internships) with continuous improvement mindset, an experience abroad will be considered a plus
- Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude and the drive to shape your processes every day
- Strong analytical skills and the strong motivation to learn and grow as a future leader in our company
