Job Description
Generate and analyze information from the portfolio of delinquent clients, monitor the behavior of this and simulate changes for adequate health control of the entire portfolio.
Requirements
- Monitor, study, and create a report of the behavior of the portfolio and the expected versus the obtained recovery
- Watch and evaluate the contactability carried out with clients
- Monitor and adjust the work schedule of the collection advisors
