Production Supervisor

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the Production Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of associates to achieve production schedule attainment, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in production, preferably in the food processing industry or fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency-level computer skills including MS Office applications
• Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
