BUSINESS PLANNER

To consolidate information and prepare financial models, reports, and economic indicators of the Group, providing support to different areas and creating a deep knowledge of the business.

Requirements

• Participate in the documentation and mapping of business processes
• Generate monthly financial report
• Ensure that processes under its charge function in accordance with the formalized definition in the mapping
• Identify and propose improvements to the business processes under its charge
• Train new personnel in process knowledge
• Maintain dynamic and proactive involvement with direction, Country Managers and Area Managers
• Consolidate and analyze the depth of the monthly financial results report
• Provide support and work together with areas in other countries for the management of expenses and generation of KPI’s
• Coordinate, analyze and monitor the budget process with all areas involved in the company
• Direct and manage special projects of the company to increase the profitability of the business
• Participate in Country Meetings and Group Areas
• Perform proactive evaluation of projects with various areas of the company
