Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- SHRM-CP certification (desired)
- At least one to two years of experience in recruiting coordination or as an HR business partner
- Strong understanding of performance management and learning & development processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Robust administrative and business writing abilities
