We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Specialty Care Business Unit in the area of Göttingen, Goslar, Salzgitter, Hildesheim, Hannover, and Hameln. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and project management, with experience in the field of immunology and respiratory tract.
Requirements
- Sales through patient-oriented, medically-scientific advice for the appropriate use of products in immunology within the licensed indications
- Account-/Gebietsmanagement on a needs-oriented basis, taking into account internal standards and systems as well as active involvement and leadership of all relevant internal interface partners
- Creation of annual and action plans for the accounts and their continuous goal pursuit using analysis systems
- Conducting market analyses and creating reports (progress reports), account plans including strategic, account-specific goals (action plan)
- Planning, organization, and implementation of events for the training of physicians, nursing staff, or practice personnel
- Supporting the networking of customers in the sense of integrated, sector-spanning care on the basis of a careful situation analysis and clarification of common interests and motives
- Implementation of project management activities (e.g. care of clinics, quality circles, local or regional networks) in the aforementioned context
