Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement R&D Manager or Staff to manage the spend of assigned categories in Japan and the workflow of third party resources supporting the business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic procurement system (e.g. Ariba)
