Senior Director of Marketing, Lupus job description. The role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the US market, leading the Integrated Brand Commercialization team, and interacting with cross-functional stakeholders. The incumbent will manage short- and long-range forecasts, own brand P&L, and ensure strategic alignment across functional stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• BS/BA with 10 years commercial experience including sales or marketing
• Experience in brand lifecycle management, senior leader engagement, matrix team leadership, and marketing capabilities
• Minimum 8 years' experience in leading and managing teams
• Minimum 6 years' experience in US pharmaceutical/biotech in-line brand marketing
• Minimum 4 years' experience in strategy development and execution
• Budget management; P&L ownership
