Job Description
GSK is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Bioanalytical team for a 6 to 12-month internship. The successful candidate will assist in the analysis of DMPK screening assays using both LC-MS/MS and high throughput SPE-MS/MS platforms. They will learn key concepts of mass spectrometry analyses, including sample preparation, instrument/data analysis software, and data interpretation.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or similar discipline
- Must be able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the duration of the 6 month co-op (June ~ December 2026)
- Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible
- Experience with pipetting and track record of good laboratory practices
- Basic understanding of Drug Metabolism, Pharmacokinetic, or Bioanalytical principles
