Job Description
gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Visitor Management Specialist to provide support to the Visitor Management and Access Control (VMAC) program office at St. Elizabeths Campus in Washington, DC. The role involves managing visitors, ensuring security, providing access, and coordinating with the Security Office. This position requires a qualified individual with a security clearance and proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Ensure visitor is located with the Visitor Management System (VMS).
- Verify visitor's government issued identification and Real ID Act compliance.
- Process visitor requests for access to work site, with appropriate justification.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of visitor information.
- Ability to conduct background checks using NCIC and other databases.
