Quality Engineer

GTC Machining has grown from a humble beginning to a major supplier of machining and engineering services. The Quality Engineer monitors, audits, and inspects products and services to ensure quality in accordance with corporate procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a CNC Machine Shop
• Thorough knowledge of Quality System tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, MSA's, and Capability Studies
• Knowledge of lean problem solving tools and techniques such as A3, 8D, and Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA)
• Ability to generate standard operating procedures and follow them in all aspects of tasks performed
