Senior Software Engineer - Backend (Sydney, Hybrid)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with.NET C# and Golang.
• Knowledge and experience with Spark and Python.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development and architecture experience on large scale distributed backend systems.
• Experience in building high load compute systems (preferably in finance domains), backed by a MSSQL server.
• Experience building cloud applications on AWS or Azure, technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and Linux platform environments.
• Experience with Agile development of distributed services, with a focus on robust software design, scalability, availability and security.
• BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or similar.
• Ability to apply engineering standard processes.
• A positive demeanor and a passion for technology and the financial industries.
