Data Modeler

The Data Modeler II plays a key role in supporting public-sector technology initiatives by designing and enhancing data models used across enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Analyze business operations and system requirements to define database needs
• Develop and maintain fact and dimension tables, data models, and data architectures
• Create ERDs and other diagrams to communicate complex data structures
• Design data structures for transactional and business intelligence environments
• Implement database changes to meet standards for performance, consistency, and security
• Prepare technical documentation, including process flows and interface specifications
• Support user acceptance testing and project activities across SaaS, COTS, and data warehouse initiatives
• Query, collect, and analyze data to support normalized solutions
• Promote code through environments and use version control tools
• Provide status updates and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders
