Job Description
GTS is looking for a Team Lead, Core Technology to lead the design, development, and optimization of core software systems. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in a related occupation involving C++.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a related occupation involving the use of C++
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of core software systems
- Oversee the customization and enhancement of applications and internal tools
- Guide feasibility assessments and solution architecture
- Direct software deployment, testing, and validation processes
- Mentor cross-functional teams
- Evaluate infrastructure and system requirements
