Professional Liability Adjuster

We are seeking a Professional Liability Adjuster to conduct office investigations and adjust Professional Liability and Error & Omission (E&O), Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), and Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability claims. The Adjuster will investigate losses, identify coverage issues, obtain evidence, establish damages, and process payments. A strong understanding of employment law and corporate governance is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Active attorney license with at least 5 years of professional liability experience
• Prior experience adjusting Professional Liability, E&O, EPLI, and D&O claims
• Experience with Legal Malpractice preferred
• Active Adjuster license is preferred
• Strong understanding of employment law and corporate governance as it relates to EPLI and D&O exposures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize
