Job Description
Guard Insurance Companies is seeking a Manager for Premier Partner Underwriting teams who work with Retail agents. The role involves building relationships with strategic partners, managing submission volumes, and ensuring quality control. Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Prior Supervisory experience required
- Technical insurance designations (AU, API, CIC, CPCU) preferred
- 5+ years of underwriting experience
- Advanced knowledge of property and casualty underwriting procedures
- Familiarity with insurance policy language
- Solid understanding of data analytics
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong time management and organizational skills
