Senior Property Accountant

Guardian Properties is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of multifamily properties. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of property accounting experience and a strong understanding of full-cycle property accounting and GAAP principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of property accounting experience
• Strong understanding of full-cycle property accounting and GAAP principles
• Proficiency in AppFolio or Yardi
• Experience using QuickBooks
• Ability to manage and review offshore team members or third-party accounting resources
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
