Requirements

• Complete 12th year
• Driver's license is obligatory
• Experience in the area of claims (non-life)
• Knowledge of automotive claims will be valued
• Communication and telephone attendance skills, with the ability to active listening and empathy with the client
• Knowledge of IDS procedures and communication flows between insurers
• Insurance certificate (PDEAD) will be valued
