Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Management, or equivalent training
• Mastery of the Portuguese and English languages
• Strong empathetic and communicative ability
• Proven experience in R&S, with a valuation of knowledge in the IT area
• Good time management and good work pace
• Proactivity, positive vision and detailed analysis capacity
