Client Relations Specialist

Client Relations Specialist role in a fully remote position with a reputable and thriving company. The role involves guiding clients through onboarding and supporting them throughout their journey, leading client meetings, coordinating workflows, and educating clients on accounting best practices and software.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client service experience handling complex requests
• 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience (multi-client environment preferred)
• Robust understanding of small business accounting and tax services
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification preferred)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients at once
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
