Client Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote Client Relations Specialist position with Guidant Financial, offering a $60,000 annual salary. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will guide them through onboarding and support them throughout their journey, working with internal teams to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and set up for success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client service experience handling complex requests
• 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience (multi-client environment preferred)
• Robust understanding of small business accounting and tax services
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification preferred)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients at once
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
