Job Description
As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist, you will assist entrepreneurs in launching their businesses and work on administering 401(k) plans. You will review documents, reconcile plans, and educate clients on plan administration. The role is fully remote, and you will work from home.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving
- Skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration
- Adequate math and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
