Consulting Director, Clinical Documentation / Integrity

Guidehouse is seeking a Consulting Director, Clinical Documentation / Integrity to lead the growth of the team, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and refine Guidehouse Clinical Documentation and Quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in health system complex clinical documentation/quality/finance operations and be proficient in EMR applications, process workflows, and data synthesis.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in health system complex clinical documentation/quality/finance operations
• 7+ years of experience independently owning senior level stakeholder relationships/communication and accountability for delivering successful cross-functional project outcomes
• 3+ years of management consulting experience managing client and internal teams responsible for revenue cycle engineering and operational effectiveness
• Proficient understanding of EMR applications (Epic and Cerner)
• 10+ years of exploring, interpreting and designing process workflows, data, and metadata to synthesize and execute strategies for process improvement
