Job Description
Data Analyst will understand high-level client requirements, break them down into detailed tasks, and collaborate with the team to define solutions. They will also develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, IT, Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or backend PMO activities
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query, formulas, macros) and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of PowerBI for dashboard creation and VBA for Process Automation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to anticipate potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions proactively
- Experience in analyzing and reporting data to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for process improvement
