Job title: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist. Serve as a senior MEL Specialist providing technical assistance to a federal agency's foreign assistance programs. Develop MEL plans, indicators, and performance reporting. Provide capacity-building support and develop learning products.
Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- FIVE (5) years of specialized government MEL experience in foreign assistance
- Experience designing or implementing MEL systems, logic models, theories of change, indicators, evaluations, or learning practices
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
